回眸上世纪中的民族乐队班与实验乐团

笔者无缘肖友梅、黄自年代,然对已成历史的贺绿汀、孟波、丁善德、谭抒真、钟望阳等院领导下的上音团队,往日之碎片记忆犹新。

上海音乐学院前身中央音乐学院华东分院,在1956年创立民族音乐系招收本科生同时,面向全国招收了第一个高等民族乐队班。学生有:张祖培  陈龙章  戴树红  梅雷森  周义达  陈立峰 诸新诚  朱网余  朱良楷  王子展  王 六  王贤鹏 孟国贤  林培安 潘启明……,学习内容除基本学课、专业课与本科生大致相同外,更加注重培养乐器的一专多能,强化重奏、小合奏、大合奏。为补充乐器编制在五九年时增加了洪圣茂、何鉴秋、王俊亭等人。

乐队排练的吹打乐、江南丝竹、广东音乐等乐曲,深受在院名师卫仲乐、金祖礼、陈剑英、王巽之等人真传,积累了诸多保留曲目。同学们注重继承民族乐器演奏特色,一专多能下各具特长,成了民乐系合奏课和各种演出的班底。

无论在工矿、农村基层或招待总理、主席及外宾和各国元首,民乐队的节目深受大家欢迎,伴奏乃成陪伴红花之绿叶。班内发扬团队合作、探讨实践的精神,同样体现在声乐伴奏上,为之后的声乐系增设小乐队建制,作了卓有成效的探索和铺垫。

当年为鞠秀芳演唱民歌《姑苏风光》《九连环》,以及榆林小曲《五哥放羊》等伴奏,促使大家热衷关注风格和民乐配器的研究,同时也结合和声复调做功课练习,取得实践经验。

为藏族班才旦卓玛的伴奏,戴树红同学乃化了更多的心血,不懂藏语交流困难,但不嫌其烦地一音一字协助才旦记谱、整理,直到抄好小乐队伴奏谱,有如《年青的朋友》《格桑花》《 阿玛勒火》《仲巴郎松》等,帮她完善了一整套的演出曲目。在声乐系王品素老师帮助和指导下,我们乐队“陪伴”才旦卓玛参加上海之春,见证了她《唱支山歌给党听》的“一炮打响”。无论当年藏族班的德措、登巴,新疆维吾尔族热比亚,之后何纪光(湖南民歌)等同学的伴奏,民族乐队几乎囊括了民族声乐的伴奏,研究传承中国民歌,为民歌红花的扶持和加分,成为乐队探索之亮点。

教学兼课:

在那时,学习民乐的社会需求已越来越大,而院内师资尽显短缺,系里以互帮互学,能者为师,学以致用的理念,安排乐队班到各工厂学校和业余社团进行辅导(笔者就此在中福会市少年宫兼教大提琴、贝司二十五年);到附中、附小的对口专业兼课助教(另有陈龙章带领了四年的师范大专班),戴树红、洪圣茂、梅雷森、诸新诚等除兼教附中、预科、之后,还在本科创建了各树特色的民族器乐专业。

洪圣茂在丁喜才老师的指导下,息心研究扬琴竹法,更是创造性地研制了快速转调的扬琴,夯实了扬琴作为主要伴奏乐器的基础外,还编撰了教材和图书,为系内开设扬琴演奏专业,培养了一大批优秀人才。

朱良楷同学分派到浙江歌舞团,创作吹打乐《渔舟凯歌》初试锋芒,带有全国影响。1986年,毛里求斯要求中国政府,能派精通中国民族乐器、又会作曲指挥者到毛里求斯任教。文化部最终选定朱良楷奔赴毛里求斯。为沟通,他用很短的时间把法语之相关单词记背了下来,手把手地带教岛上居民。两年后,一支39人的中乐团在岛国举办的国际海洋节上演出,引起各国代表惊叹。毛里求斯国政府特地为他颁发了功绩证书,感谢他为该国所作的贡献。

 

当年管弦系《梁祝》的演出,应何占豪、陈钢的配器要求,先后有担任司鼓的梅雷森、陈龙章、洪圣茂。梅雷森运用戏曲鼓板的“催拍”添砖加瓦,渐加了速度和气氛,得到了指挥老师杨嘉仁和樊成武、何占豪、俞丽拿等的肯定,之后民乐队的鼓板便成该演出的常规特邀。

六边活动:

1961年上音组织师生边生活、边劳动、边采风,边学习,边创作,边演出之“六边”活动,河南队有民乐系、钢琴系、声乐系组成,师生们一头扎进新乡七里营,同时开展劳动、采风、学习和创作,也对豫剧、曲剧、越调、四平调、二夹弦等地方戏曲学习浏览。在师生共同参加创作和演出中,既有学生之间的集思广益,又有不同专业的老师协同策划和带教。在回院作汇报演出的各方各队硕果累累。体现了上音教育的创新实践和跨界、跨专业的聚合效应。

实验乐团:

实验乐团除学习、创作、演出、科研之外,成了管弦系演出《梁祝》《幸福河大合唱》《八一交响乐》的班底,女子小提琴齐奏更是光彩亮丽的音院名片。

回眸当年民族乐队班和实验乐团为社会和百姓的演出活动,诠释了上音提倡的革命化、民族化、大众化方针之硕果和历程。然而时代风云所谱写的短暂辉煌己沦为历史,在文革之前,实验乐团业已完成了一代使命,连同民族乐队建制一起退出历史舞台。历经已过甲子,昙花一现的民族乐队班如烟消云散……。当年的“莘莘学子”年过七旬两鬓斑白,成了耄耋之人,然上音学子美好年轮记忆的碎片,仍还深深留在吾这辈人的脑海,“美好上音”乃成为一种力量、一种精神、一种虔诚、一种信仰,难以磨灭呵。

老一辈音院教师之硬件条件固然是差,可是他们为我国音乐教育事业,贡献了他们宝贵的青春年华,无怨无悔地絞尽了他们心血,赤胆忠诚地呵护一茬茬的人才软件……。眼见诸多学长、学弟妹们一棒接过一棒,这才造就了如今新时期的发展和辉煌。

“星星还是那颗星星,月亮还是那个月亮”,明星时代业已过去,更加宏大的群星荟萃正在继往开来,九十岁的上音老了,九十后的上音更加年青,“如日中天”地灿烂而辉煌!
