2017年8月21日下午，由澳门创意产业协会、上海民族乐器一厂、岭南文化艺术交流促进会主办、广州艺韵文化活动策划有限公司等单位承办的“盛世华筝•首届澳门国际古筝音乐节”在澳门盛大启幕。

吉尼斯世界纪录的产生

来自各大音乐学院、艺术院校、古筝协会优秀演奏人才以及澳门、香港、台湾、美国、加拿大、新加坡等国内外各地区古筝艺术爱好者2500多人相聚澳门，同台演奏，向吉尼斯世界纪录发起挑战，并向英国吉尼斯世界纪录委员会申请了“最大规模的古筝合奏（Largest Guzheng Ensemble）”记录，千人古筝，震撼澳门。

在澳门喜来登金沙城中心酒店五千多平方米的展馆内，2500多人席地而坐，用专为此次活动定制的敦煌古筝，演奏了自二十世纪三十年代以来就广为流传的古筝名曲《渔舟唱晚》和闻一多作词、李海鹰作曲的《七子之歌》两首作品，成功创造了2520人同台演奏古筝的新吉尼斯世界记录，吉尼斯记录认证官Brittany Erin Dunn女士现场宣布挑战成功。
