The Arctic Circle near the town of Lapland, Sweden Lulea exquisite beautiful snow, fascinating beautiful winter wonderland. This magical place is also the music of ice, introduced by the American sculptor fotim Linhart to a new form of music art. In his Arctic spiritual celebration, musicians played hand carved ice instruments, the bright igloo concert hall.
