曾侯乙笙

自由簧气鸣乐器。湖北随县擂鼓墩曾侯乙墓出土。其中笙斗6件，笙管残存32支。有18管、14管和12管三种款式。笙斗和笙管均绘有纹饰。

ZENGHOU YI SHENG: MOUTH ORGAN FROM THE TOMB OF YI, MARQUIS OF ZENG

Free-reed aerophone. This type of mouth organs were unearthed from the Tomb of Yi, Marquis Zeng, Sui County, Hubei Province. In the tomb were found only such surviving parts of the instruments as six resonating pots and 32 pipes. Three versions might be confirmed: 18, 14 and 12 pipes respectively. Patterns are painted both on the resonating pot and on the pipes.
