快闪族是于2000年最先在纽约出现，后来扩展至欧洲、亚洲等。快闪族最早起源于2000年3月美国纽约的曼哈顿。当时一个名叫比尔的组织者召集了400余人，在纽约时代广场的玩具反斗城中，朝拜一条机械恐龙，5分钟后众人突然迅速离去，快闪族因此而闻名。

快闪族是都市时尚文化中的一种，是现代人在忙碌之余和世界开的一个善意的玩笑。他们当中的多数人表示，如果活动设计合理，自己将会主动参加。当然，也有些人因为担心造成误会，而采取保守的态度。

快闪是英文FlashMob的中文翻译，它最早起源于周星驰导演的著名电影《整蛊专家》和《少林足球》的搞笑片段中，国外第一次快闪行动是在2003年5月美国纽约的曼哈顿。人们仅仅知道它最初的组织者名叫比尔(Bill)，他自诩是一名”社会工作者”。比尔为组织活动专门成立了一个叫”Mob Project(快闪计划)”小组。”快闪计划”自身有着鲜明的特点–参加者应当了解一些人已接受了邀请。没有网站会对活动提供专门的信息，更不会在任何当地报纸上发布任何广告–他们只是通过电子邮件的形式相互进行邀请，同为虚拟世界的朋友，几乎没有人在现实生活中会相互熟知。。

江苏江阴人。1945年参加新四军，入山东大学中文系，后任部队文工团指挥。解放后任电影乐团指挥，为《龙须沟》等几十部电影录配了音乐。1955年赴莫斯科音乐学院留学，师从著名指挥家金兹布尔克。这期间曾多次举行交响音乐会，演出歌剧《塞维利亚的理发师》，并指挥全苏广播交响乐团演出中国作品专场。1961年回国任上海交响乐团指挥，经常举行中外交响音乐会，曾指挥歌剧《蝴蝶夫人》，舞剧《三角帽》、《葛蓓莉亚》等的演出。1975年随团赴澳大利亚、新西兰等国访问演出，都获得好评。他的指挥稳重、清晰而有气魄;处理作品细致、深刻，富有激情。现任上海交通大学交响乐团指挥，上海大学艺术中心艺术总监，上海大学音乐学院名誉院长，上海市南洋模范中学艺术总监及首席指挥和上海市学生交响乐团指挥。

All of them received good praise. His command is stable, clear and bold; his works are meticulous, profound, and passionate. He is currently the conductor of the Symphony Orchestra of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the art director of Shanghai Univer Art Center, the honorary Dean of Shanghai Univer Music Academy, the director and chief conductor of Nanyang Model middle school in Shanghai, and the conductor of Shanghai Student Symphony Orchestra.
